Shipping

Each order is hand-packed at our Paris atelier, with gift-wrap and a care booklet included.

Delivery times & costs

• France & European Union — complimentary, 2–4 business days, tracked & signed.
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, rest of the world — complimentary, 5–8 business days, tracked & signed.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces (embossed initials) require up to 5 additional working days at the atelier.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves the atelier. You can also follow your order via the Track your order page.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless indicated otherwise at checkout.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured by ALTO until the moment it is signed for. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at contact@altoparis.com — we take care of the rest.
