How long will shipping take?
Complimentary worldwide shipping. Within the EU, 2–4 business days; international destinations, 5–8 days. Each order is hand-packed at our Paris atelier.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items, in original packaging. Return shipping within the EU is on us. See Returns & Refunds.
Is my bag covered by the lifetime repair service?
Yes. All ALTO leather goods are eligible — re-stitching, re-lining, edge re-dyeing, hardware replacement. See Repair.
Can I personalise my piece with initials?
Heat-embossed initials are complimentary up to three characters. Add them at checkout; allow 5 additional working days. Personalised pieces cannot be returned.
How do I care for the leather?
Dust with a dry soft cloth. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and moisture. Every bag ships with a care booklet from the atelier.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — Klarna allows payment in 3 interest-free instalments, with a decision in seconds at checkout.
Where are ALTO pieces made?
Every piece is cut, sewn and finished in our atelier in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, by a single pair of hands. The number stamped inside tells you whose.
